THE ROUNDUP
Who knows what you’ll find in there…
Calypso Bistro
Calypso began as a food truck, that is now parked outside the restaurant and the only sign that you’re in the right spot. The food is flavorful and the restaurant cozy and delicious, it’s lovely to see the evolution of something that we loved when we sat on the sidewalk eating away to now!
Las Tunas Coffeeshop & Pan Pan Bakery
Beautiful, delicious and a great breakfast hang with its own organic farm, bakery, casitas for rent, and special dinner events.
Pescadero 62
From special dinners, collaborations with other restaurants and chefs, dinner dance parties, and some of the most solid and diverse cooking you’ll find around; this is the hang in Pescadero.
La Confianza
A New York Times’ darling baker, and Todos Santos native, opens a wine bar in a historic building in our favorite part of town...
Same Same but Different
Oh Same Same…how we love you and your relaxed surfer vibes. If you go early, you’ll run into everyone coming off Dawn Patrol, a little later the mom’s roll-in after school drop-off. The coffee is awesome, the food menu is simple and super tight, the views are exceptional, and their artwork, surfboards, and ceramics for purchase are swoon-worthy.
Barracuda Cantina
About as Baja as Baja gets; from the newest outpost ON THE BEACH, strong drinks in hand, great tunes and a simply killer menu of tacos and ceviche.
Cerritos Beach Dogs + Coffee
This non-profit coffee bar is the perfect start to any day; play with rescue puppies, drink coffee, and help dogs find their forever homes.
Pizza Napoli
Hidden inside the Villas Cerritos condo complex is one of the best open secrets; a legit wood-fired pizza restaurant.
Il Giardino
The sunsets here are the main draw, but the wine list is solid and the Italian fare ranges from solid to distractingly good.
Pizzeria RomAntica
It’s cozy, it’s romantic, it’s a neighborhood hang that plays jazz music and is relatively dog-friendly (if yours is well-behaved)…it’s all the things for all the people with a killer wood-fired pizza menu, homemade pastas, and a solid wine list.
El Compa Güero Pescadero
Tasty, quick and reliable. Exactly what you’re hoping to find when you don’t want to cook and want to bring something hot home.
El Mercado Ranchero
If you want to know what Baja food and culture is really all about, go to the farmers market at El Mercado Ranchero on Saturdays, though they are open throughout the week for shopping as well.
Panaderia Chuy Benoy
When in doubt of whether this seminal bakery is open, follow the waft of baked deliciousness.
