A New York Times’ darling baker, and Todos Santos native, opens a wine bar in a historic building in our favorite part of town. We could just stop there and you’d be silly not to run to La Confianza. It’s that good. But let’s throw in guest chef residencies, pop-ups, a wine list that highlights Mexican and female producers, and desserts made by owner Julyanna’s bakery Taller 17 around the corner, and really there’s few places we love more.
