Oh Same Same…how we love you and your relaxed surfer vibes. If you go early, you’ll run into everyone coming off Dawn Patrol, a little later the mom’s roll-in after school drop-off. The coffee is awesome, the food menu is simple and super tight, the views are exceptional, and their artwork, surfboards, and ceramics for purchase are swoon-worthy.

Women rule the world at this teeny, tiny, shiny gem of spot. One of us thinks its known for its baked goods. The other one pretty much just goes for their favorite brew. You make your own decision.

About as Baja as Baja gets; from the newest outpost ON THE BEACH, strong drinks in hand, great tunes and a simply killer menu of tacos and ceviche.

Jerry’s has perhaps the best pie crust around, we think it’s their starter.

Tiki is a simple bar with a sand floor, football on the TV, dogs wandering about, incredible cocktails, lovely staff and the freshest catch that goes into aguachile and ceviche that you won’t be able to stop eating. And now they have a food truck too!

On Saturday’s in Todos they make their version of Argentina’s traditional “choripane”; a chorizo sandwich that tastes as incredible as it smells.

So far three of the four culinary destinations have opened, and we are here for it. There’s the inside raw bar built for day-drinking and slurping oysters...
