Silvia and her family have been in the restaurant business in Mexico for over a decade, first in mainland and now in Baja. Catch them only on Saturday’s in Todos when they make their version of Argentina’s traditional “choripane”; a chorizo sandwich that tastes as incredible as it smells. Silvia pops up in El Triunfo on Sundays, and she hosts live jazz nights on her property in La Paz monthly…ergo why we’ve included a link above in case you forget to ask her about it between mouthfuls.
