THE ROUNDUP
Who knows what you’ll find in there…
La Comuna Cafe
Consistently one of the best cups of coffee and inventive coffee drink options served in the area, from a sweet coffee cart newly-nestled inside Pescadero 62.
Las Tunas Coffeeshop & Pan Pan Bakery
Beautiful, delicious and a great breakfast hang with its own organic farm, bakery, casitas for rent, and special dinner events.
Pescadero 62
From special dinners, collaborations with other restaurants and chefs, dinner dance parties, and some of the most solid and diverse cooking you’ll find around; this is the hang in Pescadero.
Barracuda Cantina
About as Baja as Baja gets; from the newest outpost ON THE BEACH, strong drinks in hand, great tunes and a simply killer menu of tacos and ceviche.
Santa Terra
So far three of the four culinary destinations have opened, and we are here for it. There’s the inside raw bar built for day-drinking and slurping oysters...
Hierbabuena
We love when farm-to-table means the restaurant sits on the actual farm, Hierbabuena has something for everyone in your group from vegan and vegetarian, to gluten-free or an outright carnivore
Tre Galline
We loved / love their original location in the historic district (which is now exclusively Todos Santos Cafe, same family). The food, drink and service in their new location downtown is still as legit as ever!
Todos Santos Brewing
Live Music, locally-made small-batch brews, burgers and trivia night!
Santos Pecados
Unassuming and always tasty, this spot is open 6 days a week morning to night. They’ve recently started live music on Friday evenings as well!
Los Adobes
This local mainstay and an expat “find” that’s been here for almost 2 decades. The restaurant is in a restored adobe home surrounded by a cactus garden; makes it a little tricky after a multi-margarita lunch but insures for the owners that guests stay mellow.
La Generala
This place is a favorite with locals and expats looking for traditional Mexican fare…it’s one of the few places that really is open ALL DAY, though the breakfast is our jam.
Il Giardino
The sunsets here are the main draw, but the wine list is solid and the Italian fare ranges from solid to distractingly good.
Gallo Azul
Thin crust, wood-fired pizza served by a super sweet staff. The space is quirky with short term rentals and a pool in the back, and seems to be a haven for the small by mighty Todos cat population.
El Refugio Mezcaleria
It’s like Narnia back here…tucked behind the local bookshop is an open-air twinkly light garden with some of the most delicious traditional Mexican dishes and hard-to-find mezcal that you will find in Baja.
DoceCuarenta
The vibe changes from digital nomads during the day on laptops, to happy hour with a great selection of wines and beers in the afternoons.
