Chef Landi has been here perfecting her Baja Med craft for more than a decade, helping to define what is actually a pretty undefinable cuisine. Her cooking incorporates Traditional Mexican fare with influences from the travelers that frequent the area, and her dishes to go are a great way to pretend you made dinner.
