Noah’s has evolved over the years and under Chef Leon, it’s maybe the best yet. The chef-owner has expanded the menu slowly, perfecting the rolls and sushi he serves, and including new hits like a Katsusando and Fried Rice with a Poached Egg that are so delicious it makes you wonder why you don’t visit more often. The fish is brought in fresh daily before service and butchered on site. And they’ve added a rotating list of local musicians to play during dinner. Add in a new to-go option that’s a pizza box worth of sushi, and really, there’s nothing better.
