Unassuming and always tasty, this spot is open 6 days a week morning to night. They’ve recently started live music on Friday evenings as well!

This local mainstay and an expat “find” that’s been here for almost 2 decades. The restaurant is in a restored adobe home surrounded by a cactus garden; makes it a little tricky after a multi-margarita lunch but insures for the owners that guests stay mellow.

This place is a favorite with locals and expats looking for traditional Mexican fare…it’s one of the few places that really is open ALL DAY, though the breakfast is our jam.

Locals head here for classic Baja Sur vibes, expats usually find it on their way to shop for furniture in La Paz. Sundays are a great time to visit for barbacoa and experience the traditional Sunday brunch alongside local families out for a drive.
