We love when farm-to-table means the restaurant sits on the actual farm, Hierbabuena has something for everyone in your group from vegan and vegetarian, to gluten-free or an outright carnivore

Agricole is a beautiful grocery store that grows much of its own products in the surrounding farm land and recently opened an outdoor restaurant.

The cafe and juice bar is a great hang to meet other expats.

Baked breads, pastries, full breakfast and lunch menus, delicious coffee, strong wifi and little nooks to work the day away…it’s a locals hang and respite for weary travelers looking for a shopping break.

This is the place to go if you’re craving that Cheers spirit where everyone knows your name and the bartender starts pouring your usual before you take off your mask. The staff is sweet, the food solid, and the live music nights have the bands turning the vibe up to 11.

The tacos are made by exceptionally talented women who make classics, as well as a few with a twist. The burgers and hot dogs are also faves…

This little gem of a spot seems like it would be mobbed because the service is great, the food is honestly delicious, and there is live music most afternoons. And yet thankfully, the sweet staff always finds a spot for us…
