It’s like Narnia back here…tucked behind the local bookshop is an open-air twinkly light garden with some of the most delicious traditional Mexican dishes and hard-to-find mezcal in Baja. Run by Chef Noel and his wife Rachel, it’s a hidden gem that also has some of the best cooking classes and tastings available in town. And if you’re determined to try your hand at their whispered-about mole, somehow they found time to write a cookbook. Good luck, if our experience making mole is any indication, you’ve got your work cut out for you.
