On C. Militar between C. Juarez & Zaragoza, across from the Park downtown in Todos, look for a line of people beside an unassuming food cart.

Daily* 9AM - 2PM
While technically the family is there daily and for most of it, we suggest going early as they do sell out and will go home once out. Also, some Monday’s they aren’t serving. So it’s kind of whether it’s your lucky day or not.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO…
They only serve two things, birria tacos with or without cheese. We’re still hoping one day we can figure out how to fry the tortillas the way they do, but until then we’ll just keep showing up once a week for the master of birria that’s been here longer than we have.
