Just the sweetest couple with an extensive history of baking who we will call a hidden gem simply because of the number of times they’ve relocated. But they’re worth the scavenger hunt!

It’s a sweet vegan bakery window nestled in Desierto Azul hotelito run by a sweet husband & wife duo just above an arroyo in Las Tunas.

Women rule the world at this teeny, tiny, shiny gem of spot. One of us thinks its known for its baked goods. The other one pretty much just goes for their favorite brew. You make your own decision.

When in doubt of whether this seminal bakery is open, follow the waft of baked deliciousness.

“Munchies” is that spot to hit when you just needed a snack or something to drink…except that it is SUPER!

Agricole is a beautiful grocery store that grows much of its own products in the surrounding farm land and recently opened an outdoor restaurant.

You can’t go wrong…between their Blue Corn Sourdough bread, sweets or specialty cakes this is one of our weekly stops for the pantry in downtown Todos.

This little neighborhood spot has some of our favorite paletas and helados in town.

We said it before and we’ll say it again…it’s ice cream. There is never anything bad about ice cream.

Great spot for ice cream after you get you selfie in front of the Hotel California. Open later than most so a good after dinner dessert stop as well.
